Valerie performed in Sundays with Goldie (playing Goldie) in 2004 and 2005 as a storyteller for the Lower East Side Conservancy’s education initiative, telling children’s stories with a Jewish theme for ages 4 through 8.

Sundays with Goldie is an interactive, theatrical family program for children 4 to 8 years of age Goldie can‘t wait to meet you!

Valerie, Once again I thank you for going beyond the script and doing a superb job. you once again got the children very much involved. the kids loved having you helping them with making their wood models. your visuals (the types of transportation) were inspiring. your distributing and signing the pictures were unexpected gifts. your individual invitations to the kids made them so happy ... and there were plenty of comments to suggest not only will these kids return, but they are bringing friends. you missed hearing one child tell her mother she wants to come back tomorrow.
